Adapted from our experience in the alpine world, the Zero G Peak W uses a wrap-around shell design, allowing the shoe to better wrap the foot, which not only increases comfort but significantly improves downhill performance. Additionally, the women's specific C.A.S shell and C.A.S Light liner provide a better anatomical fit for women and allow for slight customization in the form of punching or grinding, which until now has been unheard of in this area. A bi-directional carbon fiber plate underfoot reinforces torsional stability, allowing for better lateral power transmission, and the T-Hike mechanism, an efficient lever arm, provides maximum walking ability with a 75 range of motion degrees.
