RETURN POLICY
DEADLINE
Products must be returned to the store within 15 days of the date of purchase in store or of the date of receipt for online purchases.
PRODUCT STATUS
Products must be in original packaging and in new condition. Clothing must be unworn and shoes must not show signs of outdoor or treadmill use.
If the products are not returned in suitable condition in the judgment of our team, they will be returned to you at your expense.
NON-RETURNABLE EXCEPTIONS
Products purchased at a discount of 40% or more are considered final sales and are therefore neither exchangeable nor refundable.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs for returning a product are the responsibility of the customer. You can contact us by email at reception@lecoureur.com pour get a discounted shipping label.
