Shipping policy

DELIVERY TIMES

Most packages are shipped via Canada Post’s "Expedited Parcel" service. Delivery takes 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location in Canada. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the carrier's name and the tracking number.

PICK UP IN STORE

Online orders can be picked up directly in-store the day after the transaction or as soon as you receive the confirmation email stating that the purchase is ready for pickup. Simply select this option as your delivery method.

SHIPPING COSTS

• Free shipping on orders over $100.00 before taxes.

• Delivery fee of $10 + taxes for orders less than $100 before taxes.

• Oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges.

• Cross-country skis and alpine touring skis: $20 + taxes

• Cross-country ski poles: $10 + taxes

• Wahoo treadmill: $250

ORDER TRACKING
