During the Canada Post employees' strike, we will use other delivery services such as Purolator, GLS or others. In order to avoid parcel theft, we will require a signature for the delivery of parcels where we deem it necessary. If you are unable to sign for the parcel, it will be directed to a drop-off point near you (convenience store, pharmacy, etc.). As usual, you will receive a confirmation email with the parcel tracking number.

DELIVERY TIME
Packages are shipped with Canada Post's Xpresspost service. Delivery time is 1-4 business days, but may vary depending on your shipping address, package size or our processing time. Our order processing time is usually 1 business day.
Deliveries in the city of Sherbrooke, Qc are made by one of our employees. We may contact you by email or phone to determine the delivery date or to find out if it is possible to leave the package in a safe place.
Some oversized packages are not accepted by Canada Post (Example: Packages over 2m long). We will then ship your package with Fedex.
PICK UP IN STORE
Orders placed online can be picked up directly in store the day after the transaction. Simply select this option as your delivery method.
SHIPPING COSTS
Free shipping on orders over $100.00 before taxes.
Delivery fee of $10 + taxes for orders less than $100 before taxes.
Oversized items are subject to additional shipping charges.
Cross-country skis and alpine touring skis: $20 + taxes
Cross-country ski poles: $10 + taxes
