    DESCRIPTION

GEL 100 is a concentrated solution of carbohydrates encapsulated in a biopolymer matrix. It consists of a unique blend of glucose and fructose (0.8:1 ratio) which allows you to absorb up to 100 grams of carbohydrates per hour. It is the first energy gel in the world developed using hydrogel technology. It contains six natural ingredients and contains no coloring or preservatives. It comes in 40g servings and contains 60% carbs (25g carbs per serving). Can be used before, during and/or after activity.

    Instructions:

Consume the gel a few minutes before, during and or just after the activity.

    Quantity of energy:

Studies have shown that our bodies can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. Recent scientific research has shown that the ratio of glucose and fructose of 0.8:1 allows for even greater absorption - up to 100 grams per hour. GEL 100 is developed using this ratio and contains a very high carbohydrate concentration of 60%. One serving contains 25 grams of carbohydrates. Consume four GEL 100 per hour and you're all set.

    How it works ?

GEL 100 is based on hydrogel technology*. The hydrogel allows for gentle transport of carbohydrates through the stomach to the intestine, where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.
