    POSITION SUMMARY

    The Le Coureur boutique team is looking for a passionate, resourceful person who enjoys challenges in order to take their online business to another level.

    The web merchandiser's mission is to grow the store's activities and improve the online customer experience. Simultaneously with the execution of his tasks, the person ensures the coordination of orders, customer communication, product management, website maintenance, and the creation and optimization of advertising campaigns.

    Online commerce is an important and growing section in the business. We are looking for someone who will want to develop their career at the same pace!

    SUMMARY OF DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE POSITION:

      Product and website management

      • Create product sheets for the inventory management system (lightspeed);
      • Ensure the online posting of store products on the website and on the store system (Shopify);
      • Ensure the accuracy of product information, prices and promotions;
      • Regularly update the website to track new products, specials and promotions;
      • Implement analysis tools to monitor the performance of the website.

      Performance management and online marketing

      • Develop the digital strategy with general management and implement the digital strategy;
      • Develop detailed reports on advertising campaign performance;
      • Collaborate with relevant teams to implement promotional strategies;
      • Identify and evaluate new applications and features to improve the efficiency of the online store;
      • Collaborate with the external firm for the creation of marketing advertising;
      • Participate in the analysis of campaign performance and the benefits generated, jointly with the external firm;
      • Ensure the connection between social networks and web strategies.

      Order management

      • Reply to emails related to online orders by referring to the right person for an accurate response, if necessary;
      • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient order fulfillment and compliance with prescribed deadlines.
      DIPLOMAS / EXPERIENCE
      • Have a college or university degree in e-commerce, business management, marketing, or equivalent experience;
      • Accumulate 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in the retail sector;
      • Experience in online commerce or online store management.

      SKILLS DESIRED

      • Experience in online commerce platforms;
      • Knowledge of Shopify (an asset);
      • Knowledge of Lightspeed (an asset);
      • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative suite (an asset);
      • Ability to create, update and optimize online products;
      • Hands-on experience creating and managing campaigns; advertising, in particular with Meta and Google Ads (an asset);
      • Analysis capacity;
      • Attention to detail, rigor at work;
      • Professional autonomy, sense of organization and good management of priorities.

      POSITION CONDITION / BENEFITS THE RUNNER

      • Starting position at the beginning of June 2024;

      • Salary between 24.00 and 27.$50/hour (depending on experience);
      • Eight days of paid statutory holidays per year;
      • Three weeks of paid vacation upon taking up the position;
      • Salary to be determined based on experience;
      • Annual increase planned based on performance and skills development;
      • Possibility of hybrid or teleworking formula;
      • Flexible schedule, but normally weekdays from Monday to Friday;
      • Full-time position of 35 to 40 hours/week;
      • Computer and other office equipment provided.
