    The richest carbohydrate sports drink in the world. Widely used by the world's best runners. 80g of carbohydrates per serving (500ml). Can be used before, during and/or after activity.

    AMOUNT OF ENERGY -Studies have shown that our body can use up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. One sachet of Drink Mix 320, mixed with 500 ml of water, contains 80 grams of carbohydrates.

    HOW IT WORKS?

    Drink Mix 320 is based on hydrogel technology *. When you mix it with water, you get a sports drink with a high concentration of maltodextrin and fructose. The drink instantly turns into a hydrogel in the acidity of the stomach. The hydrogel allows gentle transport of the drink through the stomach to the intestine, where water, salt and carbohydrates are absorbed.

    INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix the contents of each sachet with 500 ml of water and shake well until dissolved. Be careful, you need to get the ratio right for the hydrogel technology to work. The mixture is designed to be mixed with water containing <40 mg/L calcium. Higher levels may affect its dissolution. Consume the sports drink a few minutes before, during and directly after the activity.
