DESCRIPTION
Adapted to the fastest in the world, the Maxfly 2 is back in the starting blocks. Designed for events from 100 meters to 400 meters (hurdles events too), it combines an ultra-aggressive feel with the responsiveness of an Air Zoom unit to power the fastest sprinters on the planet.
We've updated the base and stem from the previous iteration to help optimize the speed of the Air Zoom unit. You also benefit from improved stability and control on the straights and in corners as you head to the strip.
- Lighter and more responsive than the previous version, the shape and rigidity of the carbon fiber Flyplate give you a feeling of propulsion. This helps you stay on your toes and minimize deceleration.
- The Air Zoom unit in the forefoot has two chambers to give you propulsion and stability from launch to strip. We removed the center toe from the original Maxfly and raised the platform on the big toe side. This helps the tips feel more stable on straights and when cornering.
- Nike Flyweave construction on the upper provides a secure, conforming fit to different foot shapes.
