The Challenge coat 2.0 is the optimized and warm padded jacket for the active skier, perfect for training on cold winter days. It is made of Soft Shell 3 fabric layered, wind and water resistant, lined with a water-repellent polyurethane membrane that prevents water from penetrating. At the same time, it wicks away perspiration from the inside to the outside and ensures both quick drying and optimal breathability during your high-intensity workouts. Designed with quilted padding at the chest, an area sensitive to the cold, this jacket keeps you warm even when it's freezing outside. The padding is designed to trap moisture, but thanks to its compartmentalized design at the front, it does not absorb it and therefore prevents it from freezing. An elastic fabric is judiciously integrated into the back and underarms to optimize freedom of movement and breathability of the garment. The fabric impregnated with Rudolf Bionic Finish® Eco technology allows light rain and sleet to run off, while maintaining the breathability of the garment.
Thermore fiber® Ecodown, a substitute 100 % recycled down, helps reduce environmental impact while offering very effective insulation properties. You can combine this jacket with the Pants Challenge 2.0 pants and complete your outfit to face the cold. This one-of-a-kind quilted jacket features articulated sleeves, a one-touch adjustable hem, and elasticated cuffs for a snug fit. It also features YKK® zippers, a fleece lining to warm the neck, a chin guard to protect the chin and two pockets with zippers. It's the perfect jacket for a moderate sports session in cold weather.
