DESCRIPTION
Tailored to the world's fastest, the Maxfly 2 is back in the starting blocks. Designed for events from 100 meters to 400 meters (including hurdles), it combines an ultra-aggressive feel with the responsiveness of an Air Zoom unit to propel the fastest sprinters on the planet.
We've updated the base and upper from the previous iteration to help optimize the speed of the Air Zoom unit. You also get improved stability and control on the straights and in the turns as you head to the stripe.
- Lighter and more responsive than the previous version, the shape and stiffness of the carbon fiber Flyplate give you a feeling of propulsion. This helps you stay on your toes and minimize deceleration.
- The forefoot Zoom Air unit has two chambers to give you propulsion and stability from toe-off to the strip. We removed the center spike from the original Maxfly and raised the platform on the big toe side. This helps the spikes feel more stable on straightaways and turns.
- Nike Flyweave construction on the upper provides a secure, conforming fit for different foot shapes.
