We've reworked this legendary running shoe and redesigned its mechanics to help you beat your personal bests, from 10k to marathon. From specialists to neophytes, this road running shoe is designed for those who see speed as an open door to more kilometers and to previously inaccessible summits.

The reworked thin rubber outsole is designed to use less material without compromising durability. It is thus lighter and thinner. This adds extra millimeters of ZoomX foam underfoot to provide smoother transitions with every stride.

Specially selected Flyknit fibers and woven forefoot zones enhance the performance level of the Vaporfly. With its high breathability at the toe, combined with fibers ensuring great flexibility and a snug fit, this upper is the most personalized ever designed for the Vaporfly. The result: a softer, more breathable shoe that molds to the shape of the foot.

• Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam, just got even better. From heel to toe, it offers better energy return to propel you further than ever.
• Did you notice the midsole overflowing at the heel? This is to reduce weight inside the foot and produce a more stable stride.
• Lightweight padding on the tongue to limit the pressure exerted by the laces on the top of the foot.
• New waffle pattern with perforations on the outsole for more lightness and optimal grip on all surfaces, whatever the weather.
• Offset heel seam to reduce chafing in this area.
