Our meetings are intended to be a social gathering for trail running enthusiasts. Each training session is supervised and led by a team of coaches.
Cost: $50 ($43.48 + taxes) for the end of the season (until October 12, 2024)
Prerequisites for training: running 5 km in 32 minutes
General information : possibility of training on Tuesdays (Sépaq-Orford), Thursdays (Bellevue-Dunant) and Saturdays in Orford (mountain)
Included with membership :
- Access to supervised training sessions on Tuesday, Thursday (6:00 p.m.) and Saturday (8:30 a.m.)
- Access to different activities (to be determined during the year)
- Long outing/hiking style training sessions will also be offered to replace certain Saturday training sessions
