DESCRIPTION
The Youngstar ski touring pack is a complete set consisting of skis, bindings and skins, all perfectly adapted to the characteristics of children and young people. The complete set includes the Seven Summits Youngstar touring ski, Rotation 7 binding and matching Seven Summits Youngstar skins.
The Youngstar ski, very versatile, is especially aimed at new generation ski touring skiers. It is available from a length of 120 cm already. Equipped with a softer flex, it is very easy to handle and best meets the needs of the youngest. Thanks to its reduced weight, it allows children to save energy on the way up, to make the most of the descent to follow. The continuous ABS sidewalls guarantee excellent power transmission, whether on or off the slopes. Regardless of the terrain and snow conditions, young people have fun everywhere with the Youngstar. The Youngstar has a longer radius compared to other DYNAFIT ski models, which makes it particularly forgiving. With a 100% poplar wood core, the model combines stability and dynamism in a balanced way. The lateral geometry and rocker shape in the tip and tail are adapted to the length of the ski, a unique feature on the touring market. The proportion of edge in contact with the snow always remains the same, which ensures balanced behavior when descending, whatever the length of the ski.
Matched to the ski and equipped with a patented rotating stopper, the Rotation 7 is the only safety binding for children and young people that uses the ultralight Low-Tech system. The rotating stopper cushions the shocks suffered by the binding and the ski during dynamic and higher speed descents. The trigger function is even more reliable and greatly reduces the risk of accidental triggering. The ST Rotation 7 binding has a longitudinal adjustment range of 25 mm, offers great walking comfort (with three climbing positions) and is equipped with a DIN release range of 2.5 to 7, values more unique basses on the market. Reliability and security are ensured at the highest level. Like all DYNAFIT bindings, the Rotation 7 is made in Germany.
The pack is completed by Youngstar skins, a quality product made in Switzerland by POMOCA and which has remarkable gliding and grip characteristics when climbing.
