The Atomic Backland 85 is the most versatile touring ski, with a specific construction for climbing and an HRZN Tech tip to ensure good flotation in powder.
An incredibly light and versatile ski designed for alpine touring, the Atomic Backland 85 is built with Ultra Light Woodcore technology which makes it ultra light on the climb. Further reducing weight, the Carbon Backbone runs the length of the ski, providing exceptional agility and excellent edge grip on the descent. HRZN Tech technology increases the tip surface area for phenomenal lift in powder, better ski handling and better behavior in broken snow. The notch on the spatulas makes it easier to install the skins that we offer, which are also tailor-made for this model.
