DESCRIPTION
Tailwind mixes with water to meet all your calorie, hydration and electrolyte needs, without upsetting your stomach or upsetting your taste buds. Just throw it in a bottle or hydration pack, shake it and go!
Usage:
Each serving contains 100 calories. For endurance training, mix 2 to 3 scoops per 24 oz of water per hour. Adapt to your personal caloric needs during training, using hunger as a guide. When compounded, you will feel satisfied and energetic, not hungry or full. On hot days, keep the calories per hour the same, but increase the amount of water. To use it in combination with other foods, reduce the calorie intake of the tailwind by the calories you consume elsewhere to avoid overloading the gut. For shorter training sessions (<2h), you can use less tailwind as desired.
