    We like to runOver the years, we have discovered several roads and trails that have allowed us to escape through the landscapes of our magnificent city and our natural region.

    To inspire you to go running this summer, we have decided to share with you in a list the "Favorite routes" of our team for the summer of 2021We invite you to explore them, then let yourself be inspired by the next routes that our team will share with you this summer!

    #1 - Crest Trail | Trail Running

    Beginning with the Escalier du Nord with just over 400 m of elevation gain over 2 km in warm-up, the Sentier des Crêtes offers breathtaking views and a roadway requiring technique and concentrationA course of just over 16 km and a positive elevation of 780 mA major physical challenge that is sometimes quickly forgotten thanks to the different points of view encountered along the way!

    #2 Massawippi Axis | Road Race

    This round trip between Lennoxville and North Hatley is an ideal circuit to stretch your legs on beautiful summer daysThanks to its very low elevation and its stone dust pavement, this 13 km route is suitable for everyone, whether you are in strolling mode, or sprinting.In addition, the absence of cars and the beauty of the river and the forest that surrounds us along the way will completely satisfy you along the way!

    #3 Tour of Mont-Bellevue | Trail Running

    The entire store team wanted to share with you a classic route through the Sherbrooke landscapeA must for beginners and expert runners: the tour of Mont Bellevue!
    You have several choices on this route: take the long tour, the short tour, or even both! Depending on your energy, the various trails on Mont Bellevue allow you to go out for between 4 and 10 km (and even more!) with a drop of nearly 100 m.
    What do we like about this trip? The nature that surrounds it, the rock dust pavement, the more intense elevation and the proximity to the city!

    #4 Discover Sherbrooke | Road Race

    There you go a special "Discover Sherbrooke" route: a route that crosses the urban and natural spaces of our beautiful city!This 11 km running route begins with an interesting drop that you quickly forget as soon as you set foot on the magnificent trails of Beckett WoodsThere follows a gentle descent towards downtown Sherbrooke, passing through the magnificent Old North district and along the falls and the river in the city.The race finally ends on the beautiful, relaxing promenade in Jacques-Cartier Park.

    A little advice from Mary-Lou, creator of the route: "It's an even more beautiful route when taken early in the morning, when the city is still sleeping... A chance to see the sun light up the city and to embellish what is already very beautiful! »

    #5 Trois-Étangs Loop | Trail Running

    Located in the heart of Parc national du Mont-Orford, this course of about 55 km (to extend at your leisure!), meanders through the trees of the park, skirting 3 ponds and offering incredible natural landscapes!

    With its rock dust surface and low drop, it's an excellent idea for a route to do with friends, in nature, to get away from the week!
