Delay

Products must be returned to the store within 15 days from the date of purchase in store or from the date of receipt for online purchases.

State of products

Products must be in the original packaging and in new condition. Clothing must not have been worn and shoes must not show signs of outdoor or treadmill use.

If the products are not returned in a suitable condition according to the judgment of our team, they will be returned to you at your expense.

Non-returnable exceptions

Products purchased that have benefited from a discount of 40% or more are considered final sales and are therefore neither exchangeable nor refundable.

Returns shipping cost

The delivery costs for the return of a product are the responsibility of the customer. You can contact us by email at service@lecoureur.com to obtain a shipping label at a preferential rate.

The product must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and returned to the following address:
