The GEL-KAYANO® 29 shoe creates a stable running experience and a more responsive feel underfoot.

Featuring a low external heel counter, this model hugs your foot comfortably with advanced support at the rear.

We've also updated the midsole with the FF BLAST™ PLUS absorption system. This keeps the shoe light, while creating a more energetic bounce with each stride.

The inner angle of the midsole has a LITETRUSS™ stability feature. It's designed to prevent your foot from turning inward too much during your stride.
